In 2019, while preparing one of her trip to South Africa to advance the foundation’s projects, Margaux Claret, who is passionate about Lego® came across a 4x4 vehicle to ride with the brand’s famous bricks. 

This car made her think of the miniature version of an expedition vehicle for safaris. She came up with the idea of building her own brick safari vehicle in the colours of Albanu Wildlife Foundation so that it would accompany her throughout the adventure of the foundation. Its name “Lando” is inspired by a famous car brand specializing in 4x4 cars. 

Thus was born the mascot Lando, emblem of the foundation, which follows at all stages the projects of Albanu Wildlife Foundation.
